Abstract

Examines innovative digital solutions that support the training of specialists for Industry 5.0, including the use of VR/AR, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, e-portfolios, and gamification. These technologies enhance the development of flexible, personalized, and practice-oriented learning pathways that align with the principles of human-centricity, sustainability, and adaptability. The study highlights the key challenges of implementing digital tools in vocational education and provides recommendations for the development of a modern workforce training system.
