Abstract
Substantiates the role of digital platforms for vocational training as an effective tool for implementing micro-credentials and digital badges in the context of transformations driven by the development of Industry 5.0. These platforms ensure flexibility, personalization, and transparency of learning outcomes, facilitating the rapid acquisition and recognition of relevant competencies in the labour market. The study highlights key challenges and prospects for their development in Ukraine, emphasizing the need for regulatory support, digital infrastructure, and teacher training.
