Abstract
The practical guide, prepared by researchers at the V. A. Roments General Psychology and History of Psychology Laboratory of the G. S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, reveals the conceptual foundations of post-traumatic growth in military personnel who have participated in combat operations, based on domestic and foreign experience. a theoretical model of post-traumatic growth of military personnel who have participated in combat operations has been developed. Based on the results of empirical research on the main factors of post-traumatic growth of military personnel who have participated in combat operations, psychological prerequisites have been identified and a technology for actualising post-traumatic growth of military personnel who have participated in combat operations has been developed. In the practical guide, the main scientific and practical result is the creation of psychological foundations for the rehabilitation of military personnel who have participated in combat operations. The practical guide is intended for psychologists, researchers, and practising psychologists, educators, medical and social workers, those involved in the rehabilitation of military personnel, as well as those interested in the development of psychological science in Ukraine.
