Abstract

The article analyzes the innovative activities of the I.A. Zyazyun Center for Pedagogical Mastery and Adult Education in the period 2020-2025. The areas of cooperation of the Center with the public scientific and pedagogical organization "Academy of Pedagogical Mastery and Adult Education", the Department of Theory and Practice of Pedagogical Education and the Department of Content and Technologies of Pedagogical Education of the Ivan Zyazyun Institute of Pedagogical Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as with the departments of pedagogy and psychology of higher education institutions are revealed. The interaction of the Center with institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education, scientific institutions and public organizations that contribute to the development of pedagogical mastery, adult education and psychological and pedagogical support in the conditions of a pandemic and war is highlighted. The geographical representation of the Center's partnerships and its educational activities among various categories of the population are outlined. The Center's innovations are presented, in particular: the implementation of the concept of "Pedagogy of the Wounded Heart", the implementation of advanced training courses, the holding of scientific and practical events (guest lectures, methodological seminars, partnership projects, etc.). The Center's activities are considered as an example of an effective combination of scientific approaches, social responsibility, and innovative practice in modern pedagogical education, which corresponds to the strategic guidelines for the development of education in Ukraine.
