Abstract
Taking into account the importance of high-quality preschool education, considered as an investment by the state in human capital, early intervention and psychological and pedagogical support for children with disorders of psychophysical development become a priority. In the psychological and pedagogical literature, early age is reflected as a unique period in human development, in which children master culturally fixed ways of using objects and speech, which leads to the need for communication and interaction with other people. Early age is unique, strategically important for all further mental, physical, speech and emotional development of the child, the most favorable period for the formation of many mental functions. The current stage of development of various areas of pedagogical and psychological science and practice is characterized by the unification of scientific research in the direction of in-depth study of young children with disorders of psychophysical development to create conditions for their comprehensive development and socialization. Special needs emerge as one of the most important guidelines. The main idea of the study is related to understanding the relationship between the developmental characteristics of a child and the conditions created in the developing environment to promote the personal development of a young child with disorders of psychophysical development. The article, based on an analysis of scientific and methodological sources and modern trends that have developed in the scientific discourse on early childhood problematic issues, highlights the issues of increasing the effectiveness of early correctional and habilitation assistance to children with disorders of psychophysical development in the formation of their social-adaptive skills of interaction with the environment. The needs of children are identified and the reasons for their occurrence and features of their manifestation are analyzed. The educational environment is considered as a means of personal development of children with disorders of psychophysical development at an early age, the change in the adult functions and a teacher's functions in the organization of a stimulating environment is justified; innovative developments, effective technologies for the early development of children, ways to optimize correctional and habilitation interaction are presented, namely: methods of correctional and habilitation interaction in the «child - adult» system, which allows for support and help in accordance with needs.
