Abstract

The importance of information support for pedagogical education in the digital society is highlighted. The need to train teachers to work in a digital environment and use modern technologies in the educational process is emphasized. Information support is considered as the process of providing education participants with relevant information using digital means. The main trends are indicated: distance and blended learning, cloud services, gamification, virtual and augmented reality, STEM technologies, robotics, artificial intelligence. The role of electronic platforms, digital libraries, LMS and multimedia resources in increasing the effectiveness of pedagogical education is emphasized.
