Abstract
The article presents the main results of research «Technologies for Promoting Psychological Health and Well-being of Educational Personnel in Conditions of Social Tension» conducted by the Laboratory of Organizational and Social Psychology of the G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. The content and main components of educational personnel's mental health in conditions of war were determined and a classification of organization- and individual-level mental health risks («general» and «specific») during the war period was proposed. Educational personnel war-related psychological health problems were analyzed: almost every second respondent had a high level of rigidity, aggressiveness, and anxiety; every third respondent had a high level of frustration and slightly less than a third of the respondents had a high level of positive mental health and “internal locus of control” of health. A conceptual model called «Psychological technologies for promoting psychological health and well-being of educational personnel in conditions of war and post-war recovery» was built. The model included three levels of implementation: macro-level (educational sector level), meso-level-1 (educational organization level), and meso-level-2 (inter-organizational and community level), and micro-level (personnel level). The technologies implementation forms at each level are described in detail. The main directions for technologies testing and implementation are presented.
