Abstract
This study demonstrates that in the modern context of digital transformation in education, the importance of electronic educational resources (EER) and their collections is increasing. These resources ensure knowledge accessibility, interactive learning, and the personalization of the educational process. The key principles of building EER collections include systematization, interactivity, accessibility, quality, and updatability. The use of cloud technologies, adaptive platforms, and artificial intelligence contributes to improving the learning process. At the same time, it is crucial to ensure the effective integration of digital resources into educational activities to enhance the quality of learning and the level of student training.
