Abstract
The psychological and facilitative activities of teachers in the context of the digital transformation of higher education are linked to their expanded and renewed role as facilitators and agents of change. They demonstrate the potential of digital tools to improve the quality of teaching; remove psychological barriers and resistance to change, encouraging the active use of technology for their own professional development. Facilitator and educational manager are not just buzzwords; rather, they denote the performance of vital functions by responsible teachers that ensure the professional development of students and the continuity of education in Ukraine. Information and analytical support for the psychological and facilitative activities of teachers in the context of the digital transformation of higher education now aligns with the conditions of digital transformation.
