Abstract
Introduction. Global changes, economic uncertainty and full-scale war in Ukraine affect people's attitudes to money and life in general and can cause the decline in the well-being of organizational personnel. Hence, studying the attitudes to money in the context of organizational personnel well-being appears quite relevant. Aim: to carry out a theoretical analysis of the main psychological approaches to studying the attitude to money in the context of organizational personnel well-being. Methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, and systematization of the information found in the literature on the research problem. Results. The main approaches to studying the attitude to money and psychological well-being were analyzed, the place of attitude to money in the context of organizational personnel well-being was determined, and the impact of war on organizational personnel attitude to money and well-being was analyzed. Conclusions. The considered approaches can be helpful for further empirical research of attitudes towards money in the context of organizational personnel well-being as well as for increasing organizational management efficiency.
