Abstract
The manual presents, from a systemic perspective, the theoretical and methodological foundations for integrating AI technologies into the professional development of teaching staff, outlining the ethical, legal, and organizational requirements for the safe and human-centered use of these technologies in education. It examines the phenomenon of collective intelligence in the context of the convergence of simulation systems and AI as a resource for communities of practice and research-oriented learning. A model of an open educational environment with AI elements is substantiated, integrating policies, infrastructure, content, and support services for educators. A methodology for using an open educational environment with artificial intelligence elements for teachers’ professional development is developed and justified. The components of the methodology are substantiated as an integrated multicomponent system that ensures a holistic professional development cycle—from goal setting and the selection of AI tools to teachers’ practical activities and the assessment of outcomes. Recommendations are provided for designing and using an open educational environment with artificial intelligence elements for teachers’ professional development. Intended for educators, researchers, academic and teaching staff, students, and doctoral candidates in institutions of pedagogical education.
