Abstract

It is noted that currently, there is an urgent need for methodological support for the processes of digitalisation and digital transformation of education, pedagogy and psychology, namely the development of a cluster of scientific research on the design of knowledge bases for open educational resources and, accordingly, their adaptive information and analytical support.
