Abstract

The article examines the features of preparing teaching staff for the implementation of experimental models of science education under martial law. The main focus is on adapting the educational process to contemporary challenges, in particular the use of digital platforms such as Moodle for organizing distance learning. Practical aspects of creating a resource base for educators working in crisis conditions are presented. Key areas of professional development are revealed, such as personalized learning, emotional support, integration of external resources, and effectiveness analysis. The role of international experience and digitalization in ensuring the continuity of education during wartime is also highlighted.
