Abstract

According to the bachelor's curriculum, the discipline "Software support of multimedia systems" belongs to the cycle of the selective part of the independent choice of the institution of higher education (in-depth professional training, specialization). Introducing active forms of professional training ensures the effectiveness of students' assimilation of the discipline. The combination of classroom training with the practice of future professional activity allows for the formation of cognitive and professional needs to cultivate an active life position for the future specialist. During the performance of seminar work, conditions are created for combining the student's activity with future professional activity. Independent work consists of preparing for classroom classes, completing tasks offered at lectures and seminars, preparing presentations at seminar classes, defending supporting abstracts (multimedia presentations), and preparing for modular control.
