Abstract
Methodological recommendations “Tools for monitoring the effectiveness of the information and digital environment of general secondary education institutions” are presented, developed for teachers of general secondary education. The goal is to provide tools for assessing and improving the information and digital environment (IDE) through monitoring its effectiveness, promoting the development of digital competence, and adapting to modern educational challenges. The recommendations include a theoretical part and practical exercises (creating questionnaires, analyzing data, developing improvement plans). Monitoring tools (Google Forms, Kahoot, etc.), effectiveness criteria (accessibility, integrativeness, security) and strategies for implementing results are presented, taking into account the experience of Ukraine and international practices (SELFIE, DigComp). The conclusions and recommendations provided in the methodological recommendations are aimed at use by teachers, education management bodies, teacher training institutions, general secondary education institutions, scientific institutions, and other stakeholders for the effective implementation of ICT in the educational process.
