Abstract
Currently, Ukraine is experiencing a war, which is the most challenging life experience for children with special educational needs, as this category of children is particularly vulnerable to these terrible events. That is why it is so important to develop resilience in children with special educational needs in situations of uncertainty caused by the war and its consequences. It has been established that resilience can be developed from childhood onwards. Numerous studies have proven that children with special educational needs can develop resilience in special psychological and pedagogical conditions.
