Abstract
The educational manual “Overcoming difficulties in learning and using grammar” is designed for primary school students with speech development disorders, particularly in the grammatical component. The content of the manual is based on the principles of expansion and systematicity, ensuring the effective acquisition and practical use of grammatical knowledge. The presented system of activities aims to overcome negative manifestations at different stages of grammatical competence formation in children with speech disorders, including specific language impairment, alalia, and dysarthria, which cause difficulties in developing the grammatical component of both oral and written speech. The tools and materials of the manual can be used as supplementary resources in the prevention and correction of reading and writing difficulties, such as agrammatic dysgraphia, dysorthography, and dyslexia. A distinctive feature of the manual is its adaptability to various educational needs of students — both those with special educational needs and other primary school pupils who require additional support in mastering grammar. This allows the manual to be effectively used both in the school environment and during individual work at home. The manual is recommended for students in grades 1–4, speech therapists, specialists of inclusive resource centers, primary school teachers, and parents of children with speech difficulties.
