Abstract
Yaroshenko I. V. Development of the sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in the conditions of distance learning. — Qualification scientific work as a manuscript. Dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of 01 Education/Pedagogy in the specialty 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences. — Institute of the Gifted Child of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2025. The dissertation presents a theoretical justification, development and experimental verification of the methodological model, in particular the methods of developing a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age in distance learning. The purpose of the study, which is to scientifically substantiate, develop and implement a methodological model for the development of a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning, has been determined. This required an integrated approach, involving the use of modern methods, the integration of music, speech and movement exercises, as well as taking into account the specifics of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is formulated and the practical significance of the study is revealed. The essence of the concepts of «giftedness», «musical giftedness of children of senior preschool age», «sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age», «distance learning», «logorhythmics in the conditions of distance learning» has been clarified. The mechanisms of influence of logorhythmics on the effectiveness of the development of rhythm sense of musically gifted children of senior preschool age have been determined and specific features of distance learning in this process have been identified. The results of the study are summarized and the optimal ways of implementing the developed approaches in the practice of preschool education institutions are determined. The peculiarities of the development of a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age, which is an important aspect of their musical training, are characterized. The effectiveness of the use of logorhythmic tools, which not only develop musical ear, but also improve speech skills and general coordination of preschoolers, has been proven. The problem of the phenomenon under study is considered from various aspects, in particular as an important component of psychomotor development, speech activity and musical giftedness of the child. It has been found that, on the one hand, rhythm is the basis of coordination of movements and plays a key role in the formation of voluntary motor skills, which contributes to the harmonious physical development of a preschooler. On the other hand, its close relationship with speech confirms the importance of rhythm for the development of phonemic hearing, diction and intonation expressiveness, which are essential for the successful acquisition of speech and musical skills. It has been confirmed that the sense of rhythm plays a key role in the development of musical giftedness, since rhythm is one of the basic structural units of music, ordering sounds over time and shaping its pulse and dynamics. The sense of rhythm helps to perceive music not as a set of individual sounds, but as a holistic and emotionally rich sequence that allows the child to comprehensively perceive, reproduce, interpret and improvise musical works. It plays a crucial role in all types of musical activities. The development of a sense of rhythm in children not only improves their musical abilities and creative potential, but also helps to increase the overall intellectual level. Analyzing the role and importance of distance learning, its content and significant potential for musical education of preschool children were revealed; the advantages of music education in a distance format are substantiated (flexibility in planning classes and availability of materials at any time, the possibility of individualization of learning in accordance with the level of development of the child; increasing motivation in the process of using multimedia technologies) and its shortcomings (lack of direct interaction between the child and the teacher, dependence on technical support and Internet connection, the need for active participation of parents or persons who replace them in the educational process) are identified. The expediency of using logorhythmics as an effective means of developing a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age in the conditions of distance learning has been substantiated. The main directions of logorhythmics in pedagogical work have been eradicated, namely: the integration of the main components into the artistic, speech and play activities of children. It has been established that in the conditions of distance learning, logorhythmics plays a complex role, combining educational, educational and communicative functions. The effectiveness of logorhythmics in the context of emotional unloading, cognitive and musical stimulation, as well as communicative adaptation of older preschool children is scientifically grounded, which is important for ensuring the successful overcoming of educational difficulties and emotional experiences. The integration of theoretical concepts into the practice of distance learning has made it possible to adapt educational strategies aimed at developing a sense of rhythm in musically gifted preschoolers, as well as to create effective tools available to every child, regardless of where they live. It has been proven that the use of modern innovative approaches contributes to significant progress in the development of a sense of rhythm in children of senior preschool age, despite the challenges of remote interaction. The result of the analysis of the phenomenon of musical giftedness and its essential characteristics was the development of a criterion apparatus of research, the use of which led to the choice of diagnostic methods designed to establish the levels of development of rhythm sense in children of senior preschool age, namely: 1st — low, 2nd — medium, 3rd — high, which differ in the degree of musical activity of children, the quality of tasks and the brightness of the interpretation of the musical image. The didactic principles of the development of the sense of rhythm of musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning have been singled out and characterized: the principle of voluntariness and confidentiality; the principle of emotional saturation of the educational process; the 11 principle of the specifics of the age-related growth of the individual; The principle of connection between musical education and national culture. The pedagogical conditions for the effective development of the sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in the conditions of distance learning are outlined and the expediency of their use is substantiated: activation of the motivational orientation of children of senior preschool age for musical activities, ensuring psychological comfort during music classes, the use of various types of musical activities in the process of developing a sense of rhythm in preschoolers, saturation music lesson with various interactive elements. On the basis of the scientific literature on the problems of this study, the structure of the development of the sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age, which consists of emotional-sensual, cognitive-cognitive and creativeeffective criteria, is determined. For each of these criteria, appropriate diagnostic methods have been selected and adapted, which have been tested in various types of musical activities of preschoolers: musical-speech, musical-rhythmic, improvisational, etc. In the course of the study, the development of a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics was carried out in stages, with a consistent complication of musical and game tasks, logorhythmic exercises, the implementation of which required the activation of attention, creative imagination, conscious perception, and initiative of children. The results of the pedagogical experiment showed the positive dynamics of the development of a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in the conditions of distance learning, which confirms the effectiveness of the developed methodological model, which is an integral system for organizing logarithmic activities in the conditions of distance learning. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the study lies in the fact that: for the first time, an innovative methodological model for the development of rhythm sense in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning conditions was proposed and theoretically substantiated; the essence of the concepts of «giftedness», «musical giftedness of children of senior preschool age», «sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age», «distance learning», «logorhythmics in the conditions of distance learning» has been clarified; the didactic principles of the development of a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning conditions are singled out and characterized: the principle of voluntariness and confidentiality; the principle of emotional saturation of the educational process; the principle of the specifics of the age-related growth of the individual; the principle of connection between musical education and national culture; the pedagogical conditions for the effective development of the sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in the conditions of distance learning have been clarified and the expediency of their use has been substantiated: activation of the motivational orientation of children of senior preschool age for musical activities, ensuring psychological comfort during music classes, the use of various types of musical activities in the process of developing a sense of rhythm in preschoolers, saturation of the musical lesson with a variety of interactive elements. The practical significance of the research results lies in the development and implementation of an innovative methodological model for the development of a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning, which contributes to improving the quality of music education in modern preschool education institutions. The materials of the dissertation can be useful in the development of training courses dedicated to the improvement of forms and methods of music education («Musical education of preschool children in the conditions of distance learning», «Modern technologies in the musical education of preschoolers», «Work with musically gifted children»), as well as in conducting special courses and seminars on this topic («Development of a sense of rhythm in children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning», «Innovative Methods of Music Education», «Musical Giftedness: Identification and Development»). They can be used to create a variety of learning resources: online courses, webinars and interactive tasks aimed at developing a sense of rhythm in older preschool children. The use of dissertation materials in the educational process will contribute to improving the quality of music education, the development of musical talent and the actualization of the creative potential of preschool children. The materials of the dissertation can be useful to parents (people who replace them), whose children cannot attend preschool education institutions for objective reasons. The study does not solve all the problems of developing a sense of rhythm in musically gifted children of senior preschool age by means of logorhythmics in distance learning. Subsequent studies can be focused on the study of ways to deepen the theoretical aspects of the development of the sense of rhythm, in particular, on the study of neurophysiological mechanisms of perception and reproduction of rhythm, as well as on the development of practical methods and programs adapted to the conditions of distance learning.
