Abstract
The article deals with the practical cases of using digital platforms in the educational process for the vocational training of future skilled workers. It has been established that they can be used to organize online learning, build a digital architecture for the management of vocational training (VET), overcome the gender gap, in the employment process, professional self-determination, inclusive employment, etc. It is recommended that social networks, immersive technologies (AR|VR), artificial intelligence, etc., be integrated into digital platforms to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. The analysis of scientific sources shows that digital platforms are an indispensable tool in the training of future skilled workers, helping them to acquire knowledge faster, more efficiently, and with maximum practical results.
