Abstract

The relevance of the study is due to the need for a comprehensive modernization of the Ukrainian education system in the context of its integration into the European educational space. An important aspect of this process is the inclusion and adaptation of educational services for all categories of applicants, in particular for deaf people. Overcoming existing barriers will ensure equal access to quality education and implement the principles and minimum standards of European educational policy.
