Abstract
The bibliographic review was prepared to fulfill the tasks of the planned scientific research "Information and analytical support of psychological science in the war and post-war periods of Ukraine", which is carried out by the Department of Scientific Information and Analytical Support of Education of the State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine named after V. O. Sukhomlynsky during 2024–2025. The proposed section is a systematized annotated summary of scientific, educational and methodological and information and analytical sources dedicated to the development of inclusive education in Ukraine and the world. The reference section summarizes the results of theoretical research and applied developments in the field of inclusive education, examines methodological principles, regulatory and legal framework, modern educational practices, as well as the theory and technology of psychological, pedagogical and social support of children with special educational needs. Particular attention is paid to works devoted to the professional training and readiness of teachers to work in conditions of educational inclusion, the formation of inclusive competence and inclusive culture of teachers, the creation of a barrier-free educational environment. The analytical information provided is presented by subsections. Subsection 3.1 is devoted to a thorough analysis of inclusive education as an object of research in scientific and scientific-methodological literature. A comprehensive review of monographs, teaching and methodological manuals, textbooks and dissertations is presented, in which the methodological principles of inclusion are theoretically and practically substantiated, barriers, interaction models, the role of teachers and institutions in creating an inclusive space are analyzed. Significant attention is paid to innovative teaching technologies, including ICT, interaction of participants in inclusive education, humanization of education, and psychological and pedagogical support. Subsection 3.2 focuses on the analysis of scientific and published work of Ukrainian and foreign scientists. It presents the results of current scientific research related to theoretical and applied aspects of inclusive pedagogy, psychology, and social work in the conditions of special educational institutions, and also highlights the problems and prospects of inclusive education, the development of communicative and social competence of children with special educational needs, the role and organization of the work of inclusive resource centers, and the experience of inclusive practice in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction.
