Abstract
The methodological recommendations update the issue of using a digital platform in the professional training of qualified workers in the machine-building industry. The psychological and pedagogical aspects of using digital technologies, the conceptual model of the professional training platform and its functional capabilities are determined, including access to educational materials, practical simulations and virtual laboratories, user communication features, automated testing and adaptive tests, as well as issues of security and confidentiality of using digital resources. The methodological principles of using the platform and ways to develop the professional competence of teachers and practical skills of vocational education applicants are disclosed. For pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions, employees of scientific and methodological centers (cabinets) of vocational education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, scientists, teachers and students of higher education institutions, postgraduate and doctoral students, employers and everyone who is interested in the problems of introducing digital technologies into vocational education and production training.
