Abstract
The importance of digital transformation of vocational education in Ukraine as a response to modern challenges is substantiated. It is determined that digitalization is the basis for adapting educational programs to the needs of the labor market in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies. The possibilities of improving the accessibility and effectiveness of vocational training through the introduction of the latest digital tools are investigated. It has been found that the use of online platforms, virtual laboratories and digital simulators contributes not only to the acquisition of theoretical knowledge but also to the development of practical skills of students. The author identifies a number of challenges in the process of introducing digital technologies, including insufficient infrastructure, limited access to the Internet and computers, and the need to prepare participants in the educational process to work with digital tools. There is a need to create a clear regulatory framework and standards of digital competencies for teachers and students. Since digitalization contributes to Ukraine’s integration into the European and global educational space, the importance of supporting this process through international partnerships and public investment is emphasized. New opportunities for graduates’ career growth and their adaptation to the requirements of the global labor market through the digital transformation of vocational education are identified.
