Abstract

Digital leadership and digital management are becoming increasingly important for the effective functioning of educational institutions in the context of the digitaliіsation of society. Research into the theory and practice of digital leadership and digital management in education is relevant for the international and domestic educational community. Digital leadership and digital management are key factors that determine the success of educational institutions in the modern digital world. They not only affect the technological equipment of schools, but also transform pedagogical approaches, management structure and learning culture. Investing in the digital literacy of leaders and teachers, as well as developing digital transformation strategies, are strategic priorities for the state, educational institutions and society as a whole.
