Abstract
The digitalization of society can be considered as a stage of its formation. The creation and implementation of digital technologies in all spheres of socio-economic life of the EU countries by means of the Single Digital Market and the European Research Area (ERA) is today a trend of innovative development. Digitalization is carried out with the aim of increasing the speed of mutual exchange, accessibility and security of information and optimizing society as a social system, which contributes to increasing the self-sufficiency of its members. Today in Ukraine, in conditions of martial law, the digitalization of society is also gaining importance. In general, the digitalization of education involves the transformation of the content, methods and organizational forms of education in order to ensure the quality and accessibility of education, strengthening the individualization and differentiation of education with the fullest possible use of the potential of digital technologies. The digitalization of the education system involves the technological and digital modernization of the infrastructure of an educational institution, the creation of a safe digital educational environment, the development of digital competence of pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical and administrative personnel who are able to effectively use digital technologies in the educational process.
