Abstract
The article examines the development of digital text reading skills in primary school students. It analyzes the impact of multimedia, interactive, and adaptive content on students’ cognitive and emotional processes, as well as the specifics of pedagogical support in digital reading activities. The study emphasizes balancing media richness with educational value, and the importance of personalized and inclusive approaches. The teacher’s methodological competence is highlighted as crucial for facilitating reading, guiding comprehension, and fostering students’ reflection in digital learning environments.
