Abstract

The author emphasizes the importance of psychological and pedagogical knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies for personal and professional development throughout the life of every person, building a civil society, a modern family, and raising children in it. He reveals the theoretical principles of the transformation of professional development: ideas of interaction of all types of learning, the theory of transformational learning, etc.
