Abstract

The game ‘President Simulator’ is a complex simulation of government administration that forces players to develop their strategic skills, anticipate the consequences of their decisions, and find a balance between the long-term interests of the country and short-term needs. The aim of the study is to accumulate, analyse and identify the high-level needs and capabilities of an entertainment chatbot system on the Telegram platform using artificial intelligence technologies, to formulate requirements for a proprietary system and to implement proprietary innovations. The project is based on modern technologies such as Telegram Bot API, Python, and SQLite, which ensure stability and high performance. Thanks to the clear structure of the code, the game can be easily scaled or expanded with new features.
