Abstract

The research paper proposes a developed information system for studying programming. A distinctive feature of ‘Learn Programming’ is its focus on maximum simplicity and accessibility, which ensures comfortable learning for users with minimal experience. The system demonstrates potential for further development, in particular through the introduction of personalisation, interactive tests and a user community. The work confirmed that modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, combined with thoughtful design and modular architecture, enable the creation of effective educational solutions that promote the democratisation of knowledge in the field of programming.
