Abstract

The assignment of new meanings to the individual can occur through provocation by external text. The mechanisms of generating or mastering new meanings (expanding the semantic resource of personality) are resonance and provocation. The pilot experiment that used: a questionnaire on psychological self-construction; The external text (from the experimenter), the procedure for its analysis by the recipient with the help of the method of resonance and provocation, pointed to the powerful influence of the methodology on the activation of processes of life creation in the individual.
