Abstract

The protection of children's personal data in the digital age is one of the current problems in the field of information security and human rights. The paper highlights international approaches to the protection of children's personal data. Children constitute a particularly vulnerable category of users, whose personal data is often processed without a proper legal basis, which creates risks of abuse, discrimination and violation of privacy. The main provisions of the regulatory framework, in particular the law on personal data protection, are presented.
