Abstract

Analytical materials were prepared to implement the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine for the period until 2030, the National Strategy for the Development of Inclusive Education for the period until 2029. Trends in the use of Ukrainian Sign Language in the educational sphere were identified, taking into account the European integration context, systematic monitoring of educators, translators, and members of public organizations was carried out. The strategy of sign language policy was substantiated as a component of state language policy at the national, regional, and local levels, where special education institutions carry out their activities as environmentally significant centers of development and formation of UZHM. Ways of implementing the strategy of sign language policy in various directions were proposed with the provision of motivated proposals for application that meet the expectations of public organizations, local communities, and educational institutions at the local level. Addressed to managers of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, local councils and administrations, heads of state and private educational institutions, IRCs of various levels.
