Abstract

The article provides an analytical review and highlights that digitalisation, both globally and within each individual country, is no longer an exception, but is becoming the norm and encourages new research into the transformation processes in educational systems. It is argued that the problems that are closely related to the digital transformation of teacher training, in particular the professional training of future history teachers in the current force majeure circumstances, are gaining importance. The purpose of the article is a review and generalisation of the peculiarities of digital transformation of professional training of future history teachers at universities in Ukraine and the Republic of Poland. It is emphasised that the achievement of the goal makes it possible to solve the main tasks of the research search by a comparative analysis of the Ukrainian and Polish experience of universities in this context on the basis of transdisciplinary, systemic and competence approaches. The novelty of the results: for the first time, a comparative analysis of the conditions of the digital environment for the professional training of future history teachers at universities in Ukraine and Poland was carried out and the peculiarities of this process were identified. The practical significance lies in the systematisation and overview generalisation of the results of studying the Ukrainian and Polish experience of professional training of future history teachers in the context of digital transformation of educational systems. The prospect of the study is to deepen the search for the identification of digital technologies related to the training of history teachers, taking into account foreign experience, in particular, universities of the Republic of Poland. The article is of a theoretical nature and is dedicated to analytical research.
