Abstract

The current problems of creating a barrier-free educational environment for students with disabilities in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions are considered. The basic concepts of barrier-freeness and inclusion are analyzed, the types of support that students with disabilities need, and the new challenges that pedagogical workers of vocational (technical) education face in conditions of war and socio-economic instability are also outlined.
