Abstract
In order to implement the development of digital competence of researchers and employees of higher education institutions using the Ukrainian National H-index Ranking (Ukrainian NHR), a special course “Development of Digital Competence of Researchers and Pedagogical Staff Using the International Ukrainian National H-index Ranking” (Special Course) was developed, which consists of two modules: 1. Theoretical foundations of digital competence and methods of its development and 2. Using the international rating Ukrainian National H-index Ranking. The special course includes: content modules, instructional and methodological materials, web resources, monographs, manuals, scientific articles, online lectures, presentations, etc. Students can be trained remotely on the basis of e-learning software platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, Prometheus, etc. The methodology has a practical orientation and is intended for researchers and research and teaching staff in the field of pedagogical sciences and can be used in the system of postgraduate pedagogical and higher education. Students can be trained using the technology both in person at the Institute for Digitalization of Education of the NAES of Ukraine or other scientific institutions of the NAES of Ukraine, and in distance or blended learning through the development of a massive online course. The presented Special Course includes: I. Explanatory note. II. Calendar and thematic planning. III. Content of the special course. IV. Assessment of students' educational achievements. V. List of recommended sources.
