Abstract

The abstract of the report considers the digital platform as an effective tool for professional training of future skilled workers in the engineering industry. The focus is on the conceptual model of the digital platform, which combines the components of professional training and communication interaction between the subjects of the educational process. The specifics of digital communication and its role in the formation of professional competencies of future skilled workers are revealed. The methodological principles of creating a digital platform that take into account personalization, adaptability, openness and compliance with labor market requirements are determined.
