Abstract

The article discusses educational approaches to the development of energy efficiency competence of future construction specialists, with a focus on the integration of innovative technologies. Special attention is given to the use of virtual laboratories, BIM modeling, IoT, AR/VR environments, and artificial intelligence in the learning process. The relevance of a practice-oriented approach in training construction professionals for sustainable development is substantiated.
