Abstract

The theses reveal the essence of digital literacy as a key component of the legal competence of vocational education instructors in the context of the digital transformation of education. The structure of digital literacy is outlined, encompassing cognitive-content, instrumental-operational, value-motivational, and reflectiveevaluative components that ensure lawful, ethical, and effective use of digital technologies. The importance of integrating digital and legal knowledge to enhance the professionalism of teaching staff is emphasized.
