Abstract

This thesis analyzes the strategic approaches and program initiatives of Reykjavik (Iceland) and Belgium to integrate digital and innovative technologies into educational systems. The application of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, gamification, and learning analytics as tools for improving didactics and developing innovative and entrepreneurial education is considered. The importance of developing technological infrastructure, increasing digital competencies and international cooperation for the successful digital transformation of the educational sector is emphasized.
