Abstract

The author emphasizes professional responsibility for the development of digital competence among future instructors at pedagogical educational institutions. This responsibility involves adhering to professional standards in the training of higher education instructors, performing duties at a high level, and meeting the expectations of students at the second (master’s) level of higher education.
