Abstract
The theses explore the digitalization of primary education as a key strategy for minimizing students’ learning losses in the context of global challenges caused by war and the pandemic. The focus is placed on the transformative potential of digital technologies in ensuring access to quality education, maintaining learning continuity, and fostering digital literacy among young learners. Special attention is given to the role of digital tools in creating flexible, personalized, and inclusive learning environments. At the same time, key challenges are addressed, including digital inequality, insufficient digital literacy among primary school teachers, and the need for socio-emotional support for students. The theses conclude that the targeted integration of digital technologies, combined with pedagogically sound teaching methods and techniques, can significantly improve learning outcomes and reduce educational losses in primary education.
