Abstract

In today's conditions of rapid changes in the labor market and digitalization of all spheres of life, the organization of professional retraining and advanced training of specialists requires the implementation of innovative approaches. Particular attention is paid to the principles of individualization and personalization of the educational process, the introduction of digital technologies, interactive and project-based learning methods. Current trends are analyzed, including blended learning, microlearning, gamification, the case method, as well as the use of artificial intelligence in the creation of educational content.
