Abstract

Today, the educational process can be carried out regardless of time and place, which requires quick and easy access to information and educational resources. The digital learning environment is a tool that expands the ways and possibilities of providing and receiving educational services, ensures the implementation of educational process activities in blended and online formats, and enables equal access to quality education. The key condition for the effectiveness of the educational process is the management of an educational institution. Leadership in education is an important and integral component of the management process, which allows improving the learning and education process.
