Abstract

In the transformation of modern education, digital technologies play a key role, allowing for personalized learning, interactive and continuous learning. At the same time, the effective integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) into the educational process requires careful planning, appropriate training of teaching staff, and organization of monitoring of this process and learning outcomes. Estonia is one of the leading countries in the field of e-government and digitalization of various sectors, including education. According to the results of PISA 2018, the country ranks first in Europe in all areas assessed.
