Abstract
The article analyzes the main modern educational reforms in the education of persons with special educational needs. The main directions of reforms are outlined, taking into account today's challenges. The main difficulties of implementing inclusive education in institutions of various types are identified, and the ways to overcome them are outlined. It is assumed that a positive solution to the problem of inclusive education of children requires educational reforms, modernization of regulatory and legal support, determination of the organizational and methodological foundations of the implementation of this process, its pedagogical and corrective support. A content analysis of the National Strategy for the Development of Inclusive Education in Ukraine and the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine by 2030 was carried out.
