Abstract

The article proposes, analyzes and systematizes the approach to the education of bachelors using case projects, which include solving (resolving) individual social and business situations, aimed at forming the general system of knowledge and skills of students, mastering the necessary competencies and learning outcomes. Particular attention was paid to working with stakeholders, namely: taking into account the requirements was systematized, requirements (wishes) were directly taken into account, an assessment of the productivity of cooperation was proposed, a selection of recommended business automation programs was carried out, and innovations proposed by stakeholders were directly implemented in the educational process in the form of case projects, resolved in BAS KUP. The determination of the most effective stakeholder and the corresponding recommended software is carried out by solving the multi-criteria problem of analyzing the feasibility of modifying the existing learning process using the method of hierarchy analysis. For the strategic level, criteria for assessing efficiency and comparing stakeholders are proposed, and the process of stakeholder interaction with a higher education institution is structured in the form of a business process diagram in BPMN notation. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of interaction and comparing stakeholders and the methodology for defining a software product for implementation in the educational process were created and researched. A set of software for solving the specified problems was developed and tested, the adequacy of the obtained results was checked on a control sample, and the obtained results were analyzed. At the situational level of managing the process of introducing the business automation system defined at the strategic level into the educational process, individual case projects were developed and implemented for two educational and professional training programs for students of the first (bachelor) level of higher education. The increase in the qualitative level of mastery of the discipline confirms the feasibility of the proposed approach of using case projects to the training of bachelors in the business automation system recommended by the stakeholders and ensures an almost 100% employment rate of graduates of the specified educational programs by specialty, which in turn significantly affects the amount of budgetary funding of the higher education institution.
