Abstract

The author presents an alternative opinion on the information support of training of scientific personnel in the context of digitalisation and digital transformation of the open educational space by means of an electronic portfolio. The approach of convergence of the electronic portfolio of scientific personnel training into an open cluster of digital research collections is proposed.
