Abstract
Digital transformation is one of the global challenges for the modern economy, society, and vocational education in particular, representing a manifestation of the global digital revolution. It is transforming both the environment of vocational education and the training of a new type of professional — the “digital specialist” — for whom digital technologies become an integral component of productive professional activity, while the development of digital competence emerges as one of the key prerequisites for a full life, social integration, and active participation in society. The goal of the educational and professional program is to develop and/or enhance educators’ digital competence, their digital and information literacy in the development of educational and methodological support for the training of future skilled workers within the framework of specialized education; to foster confident, critical, and responsible use of artificial intelligence methods and systems, as well as interaction with digital technologies for learning and professional activity. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will acquire skills in designing modern educational and methodological materials using AI tools, generative platforms, graphic and video services, simulators, and adaptive content, all aligned with the principles of universal design. The program includes theoretical materials, practical tasks, and exercises that promote the effective implementation of digital innovations in the educational process aimed at training future qualified professionals. The educational and professional program consists of three modules that explore the possibilities of utilizing artificial intelligence technologies for the development of educational and methodological support, modern online tools, and the principles of universal design in creating effective and inclusive educational content. The program focuses on the practical application of knowledge and aims to prepare specialists capable of creating high-quality, modern, accessible, and inclusive educational environments that meet the demands of contemporary industries and the information society. The educational and professional program has been developed in accordance with the comprehensive research topic of BINPO’s scientific work “Labor Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Advanced Training of Specialists in the Context of Ukraine’s Post-War Recovery” (0122U202007, 2022–2025).
