It determines and substantiates that the main scientific approaches that should be applied for the personality-oriented technology developing professional identity of inclusive-resource center specialists (consultants) are: personality-oriented, systemic, competency-based, acmeological, auto-psychological and technological. In line with the technological approach, we have substantiated that the proposed personality-oriented technology consists of three components: content-semantic, examining and correctional-developmental. The above-mentioned scientific approaches were highlighted and the applied principles were substantiated for the content-semantic component: the principle of individuality, subjectivity and variability of professional development at IRCs, free choice, creativity and success, deep participation, versatile and comprehensive influence. The article highlighted the technology purpose and described main psychological and pedagogical conditions for professional identity development in IRC specialists (consultants) who had less than five years of working experience and who had worked more than five years. The examining component of the proposed personality-oriented technology developing professional identity was described in its core, in particular, we presented the methods researching professional identity (its motivational, technical, interpersonal, contextual, adaptive, creative, acmeological and auto-psychological components). Additionally, we discussed the correctional-developmental component of the examined personality-oriented technology. We have substantiated that the main integrative method developing professional identity of IRC specialists (consultants) should include trainings and the basic applied methods should be psychological exercises, conversations, tests, situational role-playing games, psychological drawing, modeling of practical situations, music therapy, brainstorming, discussion, active listening techniques, case solving.
