Abstract

The article examines the problem of developing digital competence of specialists in the printing sector in the context of informal education. The approaches to the main concepts and terms in domestic and foreign literature related to competence, professional competence, digital competence, informal education and the printing sector are analyzed. The relationship between the development of digital competence and the needs of the modern labor market, which is significantly influenced by digitalization and the introduction of information and communication technologies into production processes, is revealed.
